This time, we sit down with Aaron ‘Heatbox’ Heaton who is not only a professional travelling beatboxer but is a self-taught game developer and the one man team at Heatbox Games behind his debut game, Robots in the Wild currently in Steam Early Access. Robots in the Wild is a unique multi-genre game that fuses block-building (like Tetris), base-building and survival together.
We sit down with Heatbox to talk about not only how he got into gaming and game development and the games that he loves but also about Robots in the Wild and how it has changed to what it is today and what to look forward to.
