Some of you may never have known about my Youtube channel much since I posted so little and for the last year or so, its really been just a little Unboxing segment. But I had some gaming stuff going on there before Game Warp finally set up our own channel. I did vlogging a few years back and I sometimes take little snippets of vacation moments that I love or things I see around Montreal when I’m wandering around at events or whatnot. Other than the hiatus on unboxing, everything remains sporadic but will still show up. I’ve been thinking about changing up the format of the channel for a little bits so I’m starting with the What’s Up segment moving over there. Its not going to be a biweekly segment.
I have some topics I’ve thought about that I want to talk about. Maybe I’ll even start moving TV binge segments over there as well. For this debut episode, its about 15 minutes long but normally, it will be around the 10 to 15 minutes mark just to keep it a decent length so I don’t bore everyone.
Here it is! Set up leaves a little to be desires but I’m just using my crappy webcam for now…so please bear with me as I figure a few other things out.
Suggestions, comments, other things I can discuss…tell me what you thought. There will be changes properly and it’ll sound better (and maybe less robotic) when I actually get a little more comfortable and self-conscious and figure out where to look at the camera instead of my notes and checking if the audio is still recording.
Sunday Lists, TV Binges and maybe some food segment are a few I’m thinking of moving to TV format but it’ll be a little bit before it actually happens. Any other segments you think fit well in this format instead?

It sure feels like Montreal has waved bye bye to summer but I’m always down for blowout sales and I’m going to be honest that I missed those frequent unboxing. It still won’t be a permanent thing since they are still pretty pricey (especially shipping, in my opinion) but Horror block has never disappointed me before and proved its worth over and over again so let’s check it out!
I’m going to make sure to get back to this new style of unboxing from now on as Youtube video! And I’m sorry that when I recorded myself it was so dark. Still figuring out the lighting!

Which item did you like the most?
Can you believe January 2015 is over? I’m actually pretty happy because this month has been dragging on forever.
Maybe its because its so busy at work or its because I’m really sick right now but regardless, its over with and we’re moving onto February in a few hours (or maybe you’ve already stepped into February).
For the last month or so, I’ve been obsessing over gaming videos on YouTube. Its actually one of the reasons why the whole posting, watching movies and reviewing movies has been really slow. I just needed a little break, I guess. But, if you don’t watch gaming videos, well, there are a few of them which are absolutely hilarious to watch. Now, I’m totally tapping into my nerdy side. I’ll probably do a post on that eventually.
Which leads us to our first line of business. Mostly because I landed on one of these unboxing videos a while back, I discussed it with my boyfriend and we decided to order the Arcade Block on a 3 month subscription just to see how it is. You know, if we like what we get and all that. Everyone seems to post unboxing videos so we sat together and did one. My boyfriend doesn’t like me to film his face much and I’m ridiculously sick so its more of a shaky camera sweeping through what we got in the box.
Please excuse the nasal voice and clearing my throat, I was trying really hard to not cough. Once I start, I won’t stop for a while…

I was going to edit this video but I just don’t have the brain power to do it right now. Hopefully you’ll find it mildly entertaining because seriously, we totally loved what we got.

Honestly, I’m pretty excited about getting February’s Arcade Block now 🙂
Moving on… February being here tomorrow means Valentine’s marathon from February 1st to 14th. Last year, I focused on Nicholas Sparks movies. This year, I’m pretty much winging it. I do have a general list written up and I’ll be hoping to post at least one review per day. It’ll be mostly romantic comedies and maybe romance dramas. I’ve been really neglecting those sorts of movies so I’m pretty happy about it. Especially since my brain on meds can only handle that.
I’m going to leave it at this now. It sounds like the logical thing to do to relax a little with a rom-com and hopefully let my body rest and maybe feel better tomorrow. This bug is pretty intense.

Yesterday on a very hot and humid day hitting about 40 degrees Celsius, I sat in my backyard in the late afternoon and did this little vlog to tell you that…I’m going on vacation for the next few days and an update plus a little video extra at the bottom! Description in the vlog..so check it out first. Its shorter than the last time at only a little past 4 minutes so hope you enjoy it!
Somehow my cover did the flipped rotation in the editing program and I couldn’t figure out how to change it back so I had to just post it directly onto YouTube as a separate video 🙂 Hope you like it!
My cover of Anna Kendrick-Cups–> only the cups part..and it gets repetitive but nearing 3/4 in the video, I start fumbling around a little before I get back on track..and if you listen really closely, I’m singing here and there in the background!

Thats it everyone! I’m out for a few days! I have some stuff scheduled and will be checking in with video blogs (if everything goes as planned)! I might post some updates on Twitter if I find that its easier that way. We’ll see how it goes! I’ll figure it out as the trip goes along and how everything works out 🙂
