The Bug Butcher (available on early access since July 2015) is an independent game developed by an Austrian company Awfully Nice Studios helmed by two guys, Creative Director Till Aschwanden and Programming Director Rainer Zoettl. Among the thousands of indie game titles on Steam, The Bug Butcher will stand out as an adorably animated, 2D side-scrolling shoot ‘em up set in a distant planet.
