Everyone views things in different ways and for that, we frame them in different angles and include and exclude certain elements in our photos.
I chose a few for this challenge that I felt was unusual in its own way.
First off was this summer’s trip to Maine to the wonderful historical site of Fort Knox. Walking inside the fort, you walk past holes that were perhaps for shooting or watching. I’m not much of a history person but I remember my boyfriend mentioning to me something about that. The view looking out is always different but the wall framing the picture was my first initial though that it would focus on how a person on the inside would see the outside in a restricted manner.
Next, after work today as I was walking to the bus station, I walk these fountains every single day but today it dawned on me how it would be a nice POV if I framed my shot with the little fountains but making them the focus and even hiding the fake French metro sign in the background. Plus, I took this at a longer angle to alter what was in the shot.
Did you really think I’d left you off without a picture of food? We had an early celebration of Midautumn Festival as my mom will be going on vacation. The life of the retired sure is awesome. I placed my phone on the table to take a picture of the dishes from that lower level instead of my usual above shot 🙂 By the way, thats barbecue pork!
This is a close up shot of my cat. The focus is on her hind paws however, we see her head blurred in the background. She has the most softest paws and smoothest fur ever. Plus, she’s my number one model 😉
