A Word A Week Photo Challenge: Wood

From my previous post, we can see that Montreal had a massive snowstorm of over 40 cm of snow within less than 24 hours.  Everyone is digging their cars out and whatever items that is now buried.  What better time to take the most treasured moments of the nature around us?

This week’s A Word in Your Ear’s word she picked out of her dictionary is WOOD.  To join her challenge, please click HERE! You can also check out the other entries at that link.

Here’s some branches and twigs under the dim light and cover with snow around my place!

I’ll probably try to get some more pictures outside tomorrow..but it was fun to play with the dim lights and the snow scene function on my camera.

How huge was this snow? I’ve only heard that Maine has gotten about the same amount..anywhere else sitting in this winter wonderland with us?
